Outfit Essentials for Travel
Shopping online can be so difficult when you can’t try anything on but I’m delivering you foolproof outfit staples to make traveling a breeze. Here are eight outfit essentials for traveling.
The Perfect T-Shirt Dress
This t-shirt dress is one of the most comfortable things I own - so much so that I bought it in five colors. It’s the perfect piece to dress up or down whether it’s for a flight or a night out. It comes in 25 colors, fits true to size and takes up absolutely no space in your luggage. Check it out here.
The Perfect Leggings
These buttery soft leggings will make any flight or road trip as comfortable as can be. The sizing on these is a little odd (S-L or L-2x) but because they’re so stretchy, they’ll fit true to size. I have linked options in 36 colors here, so you can truly have a pair for every mood.
The Perfect In-Flight Sweater
Why are airports so warm and airplanes so cold? It is so frustrating to be peeling off layers and then piling them all back on. That’s why I love this cardigan - and by cardigan I mean cardigan, shawl, poncho and blanket because this baby can do it all. It’s one size only and I’ve linked a variety of color options here.
The Perfect Rain Jacket
The North Face Venture jacket is my favorite rain jacket because it’s super light and breathable yet incredibly water resistant. Great for warm climates with lots of rainfall and also great for layering over a long sleeve for a chilly hike. Although it comes in a variety of colors, I am in love with the Fig Heather. Order a size up if you plan to layer this over other items, otherwise it fits true to size. Check it out here.
The Perfect Maxi Dress
I love a good maxi dress because they’re so versatile and comfortable. This one feels a little fancier than your normal maxi and can easily be dressed up with a pair of wedges or dressed down with a pair of sandals. It comes in a variety of fun patterns that will suit any destination - I’ve linked options here!
The Perfect Socks
Compression socks are something that you should always travel with. Planes are dehydrating by nature and sitting for long flights certainly won’t help your leg health. Wearing compression socks during air travel increases blood circulation and can significantly reduce your risk of leg swelling and Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT) which can cause blood clots in your legs. I have linked options in several colors here.
The Perfect Purse
My main goal when searching for a purse to travel with is something that is small and stylish but can still hold all of my necessities. I really like this vintage satchel because it has internal zippered pockets, a magnetic button closure and it’s crossbody. Although it comes in a variety of colors which I have linked here, the brown is my favorite.
The Perfect Tunic
Who says you can’t be comfortable and look cute when you travel? Thats why I love this tunic top - it’s the perfect combination of stylish and cozy. It runs true to size but if you like your tunics a little roomier, I’d order a size up. I’ve linked the options in 20+ colors here! Pair with leggings and boots for a classic look.
Safe travels and happy shopping,
